fried....and a brief history lesson on the theory of evolution.

I think that last post fried my brain.

Might take a few days for it to cool down :D

Anyways, was wondering if theres anyone out there whos interested in being vocalist for a band which cites a perfect circle, filter, nine inch nails and black light burns as their influence. male or female, doesnt matter but preferably nothing in between.

Really need to jump start my pet project, tentatively named RedQueen.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Redqueen was formed circa 2004 by guitarist Jeremy Adam(some dumb fuck who blogs crap nowdays) , Drummer Kasmady Adzren and Bassist Adriana. Realizing the need for more depth in their sound, the band then added long time friend Mark Foster as 2nd guitarist. However vocalists were hard to come by, thus personal friends Junaidi and Nick Kana ended up on the mic on various occasions.

Focusing mostly on original material, the bands sound back then was better described as a fusion between nu-metal and space rock, which ultimately blended into the psuedo-industrial rock sound which they seek to pursue today.

Before even feauturing in any major gigs, the band wento a hiatus of sorts, when bassist Adriana tied the knot and decided to focus on married life. Guitarist Mark also left to further his studies over in the peninsular.

By then, founding members Jeremy, and Kasmady were invited to play in the now defunct Menyadik Kimia/Ridgeway Entity, which experimented with a fusion of jazz, funk and rock akin to that of Red Hot Chilli Peppers. After they disbanded, continous effort was made in writing new material and seeking new members.

As of today, Redqueen still consists of the 2 original members, Kasmady however now featuring on bass, and Firdaus, and 18 year old drummer with bucket loads of potential.

Song samples could have been uploaded to the internet by now, if not for guitarist Jeremy Adam's blatant incompetence in using recording software even as simple as Cakewalk. This guy is really not y2k complaint, so please bear with the silence for now till he gets his brain uprgraded.
